Items can be purchased online or in-store depending on the retail partner.
We will accept deposits paid on goods at a minimum of 10.00% of the purchase price to start the layby term.
Payments can be made via monthly debit order, in-store cash/card payments or via Payfast using this portal.
Products may only be delivered / collected once the full purchase price is paid in full and is reflecting in our account.
The repayment term cannot exceed 6 months.
The goods will be held for no longer than 30 days after your successful payment.
Cancellation of layby transactions will carry an administration fee/penalty of 10.00% with a minimum of R100 if you cancel after 1 month (1-month grace period before liable for cancellation).
Late cancellations of laybys will carry an additional penalty for every month overdue.
Storage fees may be charged on laybys.
Layby items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the layby has been finalised or collected.
Customer is required to accept our Terms & Conditions and the Debit Order Authorisation form to proceed with a layby.
Please note, items on sale or promotion are not available on Layby.
Items purchased in terms of a Layby are subject to our Returns Policy.
You will need to provide a copy of a valid ID document before your layby can be redeemed, and product can be collected/delivered.
